UCU is the University and College Union, working to ensure fair conditions of employment for its 120,000 members in universities, colleges, prisons, adult education and training organisations across the UK.
In a time of unprecedented uncertainty for Universities, staff have seen wages fall, pensions attacked, casualisation of labour, and workloads increase. BSU@UCU exists to protect Bath Spa members' interests, working to improve wages, hours, and working conditions for all.
